12 THINGS I LEARNED IN 2012 ALL OVER AGAIN
Anything is possible when you believe in God’s power.
Your team is paramount to your success (friends, family, staff, church, associates).
The impossible becomes possible when you start believing.
God has plan for your life you haven’t tapped into.
A bad decision doesn’t have to become a bad habit.
When you focus on your goal/work you can’t be stopped.
You can make some things matter more than they really do.
When you create momentum with quality work the wind brings traffic to you.
Fear isn’t always apparent sometimes it’s subtle.
God gives you the plan but you determine whether or not it’s executed.
You won’t make it to your goal if you don’t hold your course.
You must fight to stay positive in the face of negativity. That’s the only way to get things done.

- AS YOU READ THESE WORDS October 30, 2012
Psalm 24:1-2 says, “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein, for He has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers.”
My heart is broken and yet I am faithfully praying for those who are suffering from Hurricane Sandy. As I watch the news and see the devastation I am reminded that this earth belongs to God. Though we don’t always understand His ways or why He allows certain disasters we do know that He cares and loves every human being who is suffering. We should all be praying for those who have lost loved ones, lost their homes or suffered from damage and devastation to their homes. God is listening to our prayers and He loves us. Remember that Jesus once slept in the stern of a boat in the middle of a storm, and when His frightened disciples woke Him Jesus calmed the storm with a single command. He is in control! A song of the late Rev. James Cleveland reminds me that Jesus is still in the business of calming the storm. As you read these words, know that you are loved and God is in control.
